Attention! New work schedule of Almaty

Our clinic has switched to a new operating schedule.

In compliance with the requirements of Resolution No. 44 of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 3, 2020, on the introduction of strict restrictive quarantine measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 among the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the following quarantine measures have been introduced at the ECOMED Clinic:

— Patients are seen strictly by prior appointment.
— All types of laboratory tests are performed strictly by prior appointment.
— Accompanying persons are not permitted on the clinic premises. If a patient who is unable to attend independently requires assistance, only one accompanying person will be allowed onto the clinic premises.
— On the day before the appointment, patients will be contacted by phone and asked about their current health condition. If symptoms of an acute respiratory viral infection (ARVI) are identified, the patient will be advised to reschedule the appointment for no earlier than two weeks later.
— Patients’ temperatures are measured before their appointment at the clinic.
— Laboratory test results are sent only to the patient’s email address or via WhatsApp. Therefore, blood/biomaterial samples for laboratory testing will only be collected if the patient provides an email address and mobile phone number.

To prevent the spread of and infection with COVID-19, we kindly ask you to observe all precautionary measures while at the clinic:

— Wear a protective mask.
— Maintain a distance of 1–1.5 meters.
— Disinfect your hands with hand sanitizer.
